SHV-5000M 디지털 빅커스 경도 측정기는 광학 장비, 기계공학, 전자장치를 통합한 고정밀 경도 측정 장치입니다. 폐쇄 루프 제어 시스템을 사용하여 시험 부대를 정밀하게 제어하여 시험 결과의 반복성과 안정성을 보장합니다. 수동 표 조회 필요성을 없애고, 들여쓰기 대각선 길이, 경도 값 및 기타 데이터를 직접 표시하며, 자동 측정, 자동 터렛 이동, 데이터 인쇄를 지원합니다. 주요 사양에는 4.9N에서 490N까지의 시험 힘 범위, 완전 자동 시험 힘 하중(로딩/정착/하로딩), 최대 총 배율 200배가 포함됩니다.

특징:
SHV-5000M Digital 빅커스 경도 검사기 is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
