SHV-1000QZD 디지털 빅커스 크눕 경도 시험기
SHV-1000QZD 디지털 비커스 경도 테스트기는 알루미늄 합금 다이캐스트 바디와 직관적이고 편리한 조작을 위한 8인치 컬러 터치 스크린을 특징으로 합니다. 이 장치는 자동으로 로딩, 거주, 언로드 과정을 수행하며, 경도 값과 기타 테스트 정보를 실시간으로 표시합니다. 자동 포탑과 자동 목표 인식 전환 장치를 갖추고 있으며, 시험 힘 범위는 0.3KGF에서 10KGF(2.94N에서 98N)이며, 경도 측정 범위는 1HV에서 3000HV입니다. Rockwell과 Brinell과 같은 여러 경도 스케일 간의 실시간 변환을 지원하며, 금속, 비금속, 코팅 및 기타 재료의 경도 시험에 널리 사용됩니다.

소개:
SHV-1000QZD digital 빅커스 경도 검사기 adopts a new aluminum alloy die-casting process, with a sturdy and stable shell, novel and beautiful appearance. It adopts a direct drive loading mechanism, which has stable force and high testing efficiency. Equipped with the digital 접안렌즈, it can visually display the 테스트 포스, indentation length, dwell time, 변환 규모, date and time, etc. on the touch screen. During operation, simply measure the indentation and press the 접안렌즈 button to automatically get the hardness value and display it on the screen.
The main body adopts a new aluminum alloy die-casting process, which is sturdy and stable, novel and beautiful.
It uses special material lifting screw, the hardness reaches 35~40HRC after heat treatment which is wear-resistant. And the worm gear and worm structure makes the lifting more stable.
It adopts closed loop load cell loading system, and the motor is directly driven to vertically load the 테스트 포스, which makes it more stable.

It supports upper and lower limit settings, and provides out of tolerance discrimination prompts.
Real time storage of hardness test results, data classification, optional deletion, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, and average values, and equipped with RS232 인터페이스 for users to connect to PC for output.
